Refund Policy

We want you to have a great experience with Indie Music Creators. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please read our refund policy carefully.

Eligibility for Refund

  • Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of the purchase date.

  • To request a refund, you must email us at connect@indiemusiccreators.com within this 48-hour window.

  • IIn the email, users are required to provide an honest review of their experience with the product, course, or service.

    Refund is available only for the Silver (Foundational) Membership program.

  • How to Request a Refund

    Please email us with the following details:
    1) Registered email ID
    2) Order ID / Transaction ID
    3) Reason for requesting the refund

    Once we receive your email and verify the review submission, we will process the refund.
    Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
    Please allow 5–7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account (depending on your bank or payment provider).

    Important Notes
    Refund requests made after 48 hours of purchase will not be accepted.
    Refunds are not applicable if the request does not meet the conditions mentioned above.
    We reserve the right to decline a refund in cases of misuse, abuse, or violation of our terms.
